When you dragged the control onto the form to create Field2 a label (Field 2:) was inserted into the control cell with the control.
How do you make the control go away?

The label is always inserted automatically. Nothing you can do about that. However, it’s easy to just delete it if you want. It’s just text label.
Can you explain how to hide and show fields based on user selections?
