Single User License

The license agreement for the SharePoint eLearning Video Tutorials is made and effective on the signed date between Rehmani Consulting, Inc., henceforth referred to as Licensor and the purchaser of the SharePoint eLearning Video Tutorials, henceforth referred to as Licensee. The Licensee acknowledges that the copyright and title to the SharePoint eLearning Video Tutorials and any trademarks related thereto remain with the Licensor. The Licensee shall not have right, title, or interest in the SharePoint eLearning Video Tutorials except as expressly set forth in this agreement. Licensor hereby grants to Licensee non‐exclusive use of the SharePoint eLearning Video Tutorials in accordance with this agreement.

This Licensing Agreement shall provide Licensee with the following:

• Permission to use the SharePoint eLearning Video Tutorials.
• Warranty. If the SharePoint eLearning Video Tutorials fails to work properly upon receipt, the Licensor shall provide a new copy to the Licensee at no extra cost.
• Placing any part of this product on a public web server (e.g.: provides anonymous access) is a violation of this license.

Licensor represents and warrants to Licensee that the software licensed hereunder does not and will not violate the intellectual property rights of any third party or constitute a misappropriation of any such rights. Licensor agrees to defend and hold Licensee harmless from any claim for infringement or misappropriation of the intellectual property rights of any third party. The Licensor will not be held responsible for any misuse of the SharePoint eLearning Video Tutorials by the Licensee.

Corporate License

The license agreement for the SharePoint eLearning Video Tutorials is made and effective on the signed date between Rehmani Consulting, Inc., henceforth referred to as Licensor and the purchaser of the SharePoint eLearning Video Tutorials, henceforth referred to as Licensee. The Licensee acknowledges that the copyright and title to the SharePoint eLearning Video Tutorials and any trademarks related thereto remain with the Licensor. The Licensee shall not have right, title, or interest in the SharePoint eLearning Video Tutorials except as expressly set forth in this agreement. Licensor hereby grants to Licensee non‐exclusive use of the SharePoint eLearning Video Tutorials in accordance with this agreement.

A Corporate License allows an organization to install our video tutorial training videos on any number of storage devices, such as a private intranet, SharePoint portal, or Web server, to be accessed by an unlimited number of users. The videos may not be published on a public (Internet) web server or network.

This Licensing Agreement shall provide Licensee with the following:

• Permission to use the SharePoint eLearning Video Tutorials.
• Warranty. If the SharePoint eLearning Video Tutorials fails to work properly upon receipt, the Licensor shall provide a new copy to the Licensee at no extra cost.
