		<description>It does not save the created and modified by dates or persons. Reason: what you are doing essentially is making a template of the list and then using that template to instantiate a new list which looks and feels like the old one.

If the list is too big and you need to move it, tell your admin to look into the usage of stsadm.exe utility. That will help.</description>

		<description>I have two questions. 1. Does this method save the create by and the modified by metadata?  2. What do i do when the list or library will not save because its to big? My system admin does not know about any other method of moving lists and libraries and at the same time keeping these metadata.</description>
