The subscription is set to renew automatically. Your account will be charged monthly (or annually for annual subscriptions) until you decide to cancel. We would hate to see you go and would love to hear from you if we can help in any way, but if you need to cancel, please follow the procedure listed below.
If you subscribed using PayPal
Cancel your subscription from your PayPal account. This will automatically cancel your account on SharePoint-Videos.com
If you subscribed using our shopping cart with your Credit Card
- Navigate to http://www.sharepoint-videos.com.
- Log in to your account.
- Click on Manage Your Subscription
- From My Memberships section, click Cancel to cancel your subscription.
Please note that once you cancel, you can no longer access the videos on the site. We recommend that you cancel closer to your next billing date so you can take advantage of the videos until then.
