  • Asif Rehmani

    Asif is an independent SharePoint Trainer and Consultant. He is a SharePoint Server MVP and a Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT). He is the co-author of the Wrox publications “Beginning SharePoint Designer 2010”, “Real World SharePoint 2010” and “Professional SharePoint Designer 2007.“ Over the years, Asif has provided SharePoint consulting and training to many large clients including: Department of Defense, NASA, Hersheys, Toshiba, State Farm, Federal Home Loan Bank, US Army and many more. Asif is the author of the 4 day SharePoint Designer 2010 course that he teaches with Critical Path Training.

    Wendy has worked in the Information Technology industry for over 17 years. A Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) since 1998, Wendy has been an independent technical trainer, author, and consultant for the last 10 years. Since 2005, she has specialized in Microsoft’s SharePoint and SQL Server products.     Russell Wright

    Russell Wright has worked with SharePoint since the STS 1.0 days and has been focused exclusively on SharePoint since 2007. Since then, he has trained over 1500 students on all aspects of SharePoint infrastructure and business use.

    At Texas Instruments, he and his systems team introduced SharePoint in the Procurement and Logistics area, where it quickly became viral throughout TI. Russell excels at business process reengineering and enjoys “SharePoint-tizing” business processes. The scope of his experience spans from his beginnings in Electrical Engineering within the defense industry to virtually all aspects of Information Technology. Russell has over 25 years of experience at companies like Texas Instruments, Raytheon and Frito-Lay. His real strength lies in the broad based IT technical knowledge and the ability to solve real business problems. Check out Russell’s blog here.

    Russell holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas (where he specialized in biomedical engineering).  In his spare time, he likes to cook and is best known for his homemade English muffins and makes a KILLER Paradise Pie!  He’s also a fairly decent bowler.

    Raymond Mitchell

    Raymond Mitchell is a Senior SharePoint Consultant at Avtex in Minneapolis, MN.  He has over 10 years of IT experience and has worked with every version of SharePoint since its release as SharePoint Team Services.  Since 2004 he has helped coordinate and speak at the Minnesota SharePoint User Group and led the effort to offer the user group to online attendees starting in 2009.  He has also been a speaker at the Wisconsin, Iowa, Nebraska, and St. Louis SharePoint user Groups, as well as at several SharePoint Camps and SharePoint Saturday events.

    Raymond wrote a Wrox Blox on Building Dashboards with Windows SharePoint Services 3.0 using SharePoint Designer 2007 and contributed two chapters on the BCS to SharePoint 2010 Six-in-One. He also blogs under the alias IWKID on Information Worker technologies including SharePoint and Office development.  When he’s not playing with SharePoint he’s likely hiking with his family and enjoying the outdoors.

    Bruce Herz

    Bruce Herz is a SharePoint Consultant, Microsoft Office 365 Partner and Certified Technology Specialist in SharePoint and Microsoft Office Specialist for Access 2010. He has extensive experienced in retail, healthcare and commercial real estate industries. In 1997 he built his first Intranet site based on the Microsoft® Office 60 Minute Intranet Kit, the prelude to SharePoint 1.0 Team Services. He offers cloud-based productivity solutions as a consultant with WonPoint.

    He has more than ten years of experience implementing solutions for clients in all project phases from analysis to implementation, training, and customization. His primary focus is   on no-code solutions for Microsoft Office 365 as a collaboration tool and integration with Microsoft Office 2010 products. He has authored the courses on building powerful solutions using Access Services and Reporting Services.

    Yaroslav Pentsarskyy

    Yaroslav has been involved in SharePoint solution architecture and implementation since 2003. As a Microsoft MVP since 2009 Yaroslav keeps a close touch with SharePoint product team.     Eric Eaton

    Eric is a SharePoint Architect with broad expertise in network infrastructure and security, server administration, datacenter consolidation, project management, and desktop applications. He has nearly 15 years of experience in IT – and specializes in implementing, administering, governing, and customizing SharePoint. He is the author of multiple SharePoint training courses, and has worked for, consulted, programmed, and taught technical and end users in businesses ranging from 50 to 130,000 employees.

    Eric is certified as an MCSE, an MCTS for both Administration and Application Development, an MCP for SQL, and has worked as a Microsoft Certified Trainer. He enjoys looking at the big picture and creating low overhead solutions that accomplish amazing results using primarily power user tools. However, he is also adept at architecting portable and re-usable solutions requiring custom code – and knowing the difference between the two.

     

    Richard Wixom

    Richard Wixom began working with SharePoint STS 1.0 in 2003. His thirty years of broad IT experience includes the application of SharePoint to business problems with deep technical and life-cycle experience. Richard is a “master of all things technical” who is equally adept working with business customers of core technical personnel. He thrives on technical challenges and enjoys discussions of computer algorithms.

    Before entering consulting Richard worked as a Software Architect for corporate stalwarts including Texas Instruments, Raytheon and JC Penny. He wrote his first Internet application in 1994.

    Richard holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Missouri and originally planned to design nuclear power plants. Richard is married with three sons and runs a 45 Terabyte datacenter from his kitchen. In his spare time he enjoys gardening and spending time with family.

     

    Mike Doane

    Mike is a senior level consultant with more than 15 years in information management, with a deep background in information science and content management. He works with clients to develop content strategies, taxonomies, and information architecture in SharePoint 2010 intranets, extranets, portals and other enterprise content management systems. Mike is the Principal at Term Store Management, LLC.

    He has experiences with all types of vertical businesses/industries, such as legal, retail, pharma, energy and information technology. He has developed content strategies and taxonomies for Microsoft, Del Monte, NASA-JSC, Expedia, UW Medicine, Sterling Savings Bank, First Mutual Bank, KCLS, Nike, Philip Morris, VISA, Washington Mutual and many others. Mike also teaches graduate courses in knowledge management, information management and taxonomy development at the University of Washington Information School.
